Taco Bell

Man I come to taco bell often is one of my favorite restaurants but tonight they definitely pissed me off.Like if I wanted a cold tortilla for dinner I would have asked for that.Because that's exactly all I got.this is supposed to be a supreme burrito.all I see is tortillas.

I ordered a nachos Bell grande, I only requested they remove the tomatoes, NOT the meat and beans. I only was given nachos with cheese on top with sour cream. I was told to initially pull up and asked to wait on my food after getting my drinks. I have no problem waiting, but if I’m waiting and then receive only half my order. That’s a big problem. So, I drove around and was told at the order machine to just pull up and they already had my other half to my order waiting with nothing said. So, you clearly knew you forgot the other half of my order. I picked this order up for my girlfriend Sarahann Bryant who can no longer leave reviews for this location because she left a bad review once before also when she began to eat her food she found a hair in her chalupa that matched the door server h

Slow, unfriendly service. Food quality is lacking. Dining room dirty. Staff cussing and complaining about management sending staff home. Several customers complaining about the long wait, some state longer than 20 minutes for their order.

I literally pick up dinner from this location at least once a week, sometimes more!! I always have a pleasant experience with the staff working the window. The food is always exactly how i order it and fresh!! There is one lady that whenever she is there my order is exactly right, her service is always exceptional..her name is Arricka. She is such a sweetheart. The whole staff is amazing in my opinion, honesty she just always has stuck out and went above and beyond and I love to see her when I go because I know I can drive my 20 minutes back home and not have to worry about my order being wrong!! And I love that for Taco Bell🤗🤗

Most rude unprofessional manager & staff I have ever encountered! At the servers urging, I will never spend another dime in that place and will encourage others to do the same! Absolutely the worst customer service on Sunday September 7 at 1:30 pm - when I asked to speak to the manager, she came out of a car in the parking lot! This place needs new management cause it going down hill fast. Glad i don’t have $ invested in this establishment. Investors should be concerned. I doordashed my order but had to personally go there because they didn’t include my whole order.
