Taco Bell

I ordered from the app for delivery- my delivery kept changing and my food was over an hour late. The chicken was not edible. It was hard as a rock and disgusting. I’m pretty disappointed with the prices jacked this is the quality and no one has responded to my email. When I’m spending 40 dollars service and food should matter.

Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Taco Bell location. I placed a mobile pickup order and went through the drive-thru to collect it. No one responded at the payment window, and I was told to pull forward and wait. After waiting, I was informed they had no fries available. When I asked what I was supposed to do instead, the employee said they would ask the manager — and then I was left waiting another 15–20 minutes. When I finally received my order, the fries were cold, stale, and appeared unhygienic. I walked inside the restaurant to address the issue directly, but instead of resolving it professionally, I was told rudely to “ask for a refund on the app.” There was no apology and no effort to fix the situation. This is thee greatest Taco Bell around, so good I refuse to go to any other. Never once have they gotten my order wrong, food always comes out fresh and just how I ordered it! The customer service is amazing, very nice and funny workers, I’ll never complain if I have to wait a bit, because no matter how busy the food is perfect, never sloppy. All In all I love this Taco Bell, 10/10 will always recommend.

I can't speak for the drive thru (I always order on the app), but I have had nothing but positive experiences here. My tacos are always great, the staff is very pleasant and treats me well. This is a regular lunch stop for me and will continue to be.

I don't really expect much from fast food but I wasn't able to even order their most famous drink which is the whole reason I went. I placed an online order and was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me then I didn't even get everything I ordered and both my orders of chips with nothing but the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Absolutely disgusted with this Taco bell.
