2 of the 3 kiosks were down, with the third one working poorly. No one paid any attention to me or offered any assistance. Especially with my order. Just totally ignored. Kiosk double charged me. Took a bit, but I was able to fix it. Thank God because the workers could not be bothered to help.
Libby is incredible. She is a dam good manager. This sweet hard worker does a great job at running this store. The whole crew at Taco Bell are amazing. They go above n beyond. I love going in there. Best taco bell experience ever loved the food had everything I was wanting it was hot and quick some workers were a bit snappy but overall a great experience
Customer service was good but the way they prepared my food was terrible, taco didn't have cheese with barely any meat my burrito was hard and was literally i have of a serving with barely any meat and my crunchy wrap failed completely apart and im very upset.. I tried to upload pics
Pull up... dont have steak and now stuck in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no order because there is no pull around. Absolutely brainless planning all around. Trash
