Taco Bell

WAS my favorite taco bell location! But the past few visits have been awful. I used to drive further out of my way to go to this location because it’s always been better, but it’s gone down hill recently. I don’t know if it’s because they’re short staffed or simply because the employees are rude and careless. Coming from someone who has solely worked in customer service, I understand how difficult the job can be, and I know it’s just a taco bell but the attitude and disregard for food quality is absolutely ridiculous. We pulled up to the window after placing an online order for two luxe boxes, and then some, we’re immediately told “I can’t make that.” Not “I can’t make this item” or “Can we substitute that item,” just “I can’t make that.” We had to ask what item couldn’t be made, and then

This was the skimpiest amount of steak I have ever seen in any item. It was almost no meat.

The two female employees are rude and disrespectful. They both need to be fired. The young male employee was kind and respectful. The food was over priced for what you get and the quality of Assembly of the food. They do not proportion the food correctly at all compared to other store.

Suppose to be open until 2 or 3 am yet theyre out of food at 0030? Not the first time either. Happens quite often, either theyre out of some food or all food. Then when they do have food its thrown together. Horrible location. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I could give it a negative star review I would. I came thru the drive thru today 1/30, around 1:15, I ordered a Dorito taco with no lettuce, a burrito (grilled) and large nacho fries. Once I made it 10min down the road to start eating my lunch I realized, the taco had lettuce, the burrito wasn’t grilled, and the nacho fries were served cold. I tried calling the restaurant 4 times and never got a single answer. Terrible customer service in the DT, I wish I could have my money, and time back.
