Taco Bell

Basically my sister put a mobile order and when she went to the speaker she told them that she had a mobile order and then she asked for a water. She asked for a water because you cannot order ice water on the app and the water is free anyways. The person at the speaker completely ignored her, even though she asked more than once. When she got to the window, she asked again, and they looked at her and just ignored her. I understand having a long night and being tired and not wanting to have to deal with customers, but unfortunately that is part of your job. If for some reason you weren’t able to, that’s all you had to say instead of saying nothing. My sister was incredibly embarrassed and didn’t even wanna go back to that Taco Bell ever.

Deshun is an amazing worker there! He took my order accurately and quickly. My food was fresh and absolutely perfect! THANK YOU!

Every evening for the past week after baseball us and many other cars have attempted to go through the drive thru only to be put on "hold" at the speaker unable to even place an order until we are tired of waiting and drive off.

Better check your order for all the missing stuff tacos etc …. Below is a rice bowl 🤔 they need to get their act together almost EVERY TIME something is messed up! I wish they would do better because I really do like Taco Bell
