Jack's Family Restaurant

My kid has been wanting to try Jack's for several weeks and he finally got his chance. He told me it's better than Chick-fil-A and cooler than the playground at McDonald's. Good job, Jack's.

The service here is almost always like bad for no reason and when they mess the order up 9 out of 10 times, they are so rude like its my fault? Never give sauce. There's like 2 great employees that work there. We just have no options here and it never seems to matter when they get new management.

I was in Columbiana recently for a couple of months and visited Jack's a number of times. I always experienced excellent service, friendly people, a clean, comfortable atmosphere, and the food was great also. One of the few "fast food" locations I recommend and I look forward to returning soon.

Chicken tenders are smaller than normal. Although good, felt like I was not getting my money's worth at $35

This location consistently has poor service, an issue with getting the order correct (including this morning), and long wait times for orders in the drive-thru. It's easily my least favorite Jack's location to visit in the area.
