My son placed an order on the kiosk at the cobleskill,ny store. When he checked it he was missing a cheesy double beef burrito. He let the muscular guy working know. The guy tried to tell him he needed to count the fries. My son explained he did and that he was missing a burrito. The guy that said that they were busy and they would.make it if we get to it. My son asked his dad to come in. My husband checked in made sure it was coming after they finished a big order. The guy had a different attitude dealing with my husband. My son waited. They finished the big order in drive thru then the guy told the other 2 employees "let's take a break" they walked off laughing. My son came out to the car and said he would just forget the burrito. Y'all really forgot my nacho cheese on my nachos. I called the store and no one answered. I’m pregnant and these nachos were honestly going to be the highlight of my day. I drove 10 min home upset. Not cool.
