Justine's is simply a must dine location when you are in Cobbleskill NY. Service is warm and friendly. The cuisine is breathtaking. Portions are very generous and more than reasonably priced. Chefs are trained by the owner who assures that every dish is prepared to his exacting specifications. The owner prepares all the desert pies and cakes. You simply must save room for the deserts. Expect SRO most nights for dinner. Never hurts to see if you can snag a reservation. Parking can be a challenge, so allow extra time. Highly recommend.

We like this place, the food is large portions. If you like pasta and or salad the come here you will get alot or will be taking home doggy bags.

Dining room was full but when we made a reservation they were able to still seat is in the foyer which has tables as well so that was nice. Food is in heaping portions and fed us for days! Phenomenal for the price. My parents love this place so we all went together. Everything looks amazing but in my personal opinion, does not taste as amazing as everyone's reviews state. I should mention that being originally from this area, I'd probably given it 5 stars 5 years ago, but now that I live near NYC and have experienced many authentic Italian restaurants, some things just don't compare anymore. One of my favorite spots to eat at. You feel as though you are eating at home. The ambience and decor was gorgeous weather permitting I would have loved to eat outside since it is so beautiful. Our server Lauren was amazing she was so kind, patient, and would come and refill our drinks throughout our meal. She answered any and all questions we had and was overall an amazing server, I have absolutely no complaints. The food there is amazing compared to what is usually offered in Cobleskill. The portions here are very large, more than enough for two people to share one order. The food was very good, and the bread was out of this world delicious. We were able to get a small table in a side room because there were just two of us, but larger groups should definitely call ahead as this place appears to be very popular.
