Taco Bell

Hear me out: I am a Taco bell addict. I have been to Taco Bell’s all across the upstate, georgia, and florida. I have been coming to this location regularly for 3.5yrs. Not only do they have the best food, but they also seem to have a higher standard of service. One employee in particular, Vicky, stands out above them all. It is so easy to get burnt out in this industry, but every time I come through (several times a week) - she always greets me warmly and fixes any issues I may have with a smile! Give that girl a raise and take care of your good people to keep them there!

I had very bad experience at this Taco Bell. It is the principle, not about the money! Hire better workers. I ordered two beef and cheese burritos. I also ordered a vanilla freeze. When I pulled up to the window, I asked for the freeze to be removed. It was already made and I felt bad so I apologized for ordering it to begin with. I then was told the total was 6 dollars and some change. She took the 6 dollars out of my account. I showed them that it was taken out my account. I sat at the window for 10 minutes and waited for my burritos. The manager also came to the window and made it very clear he wanted to see my phone to confirm that it was taken out of my account. Very bad SERVICE!

If Skylar M, who was working drive thru wasn’t too busy trying to have an attitude, I’m sure she would’ve gotten my order correct. so unnecessary. this location used to be my favorite but it is no longer. she also slammed the window twice, for literally no reason.

Ordered a luxe box and an extra items, and didn’t get my 5 layer at all. Also guy was super loud on the speaker. This is not the first time of me missing and item.

The man who made my crunchwrap did an amazing job!! It was the a man with a black and white hat and curly hair! GREAT FOOD!
