Taco Bell

Countless times I’ve ordered here there has been at least something wrong with my order. Thus taco bell has been so disappointing and the remodel fixed nothing but its looks. Imagine being vegan and constantly finding meat in food you ordered that shouldn’t have included it. I love taco bell but seriously?? I don’t even leave reviews but at this point it seemed inevitable.

The manager is very rude. I called because my crunch wrap hardly had any beef in it and I paid for extra beef. She was very dismissive and when I was done explaining the situation, she was silent, not responding. Then i said "hello" she said im here i said can i get a manager, she said she is one and i said not a good one then, she said why i said because she's not responding to me talking but just sitting in silence and she starting argueing with me and being just rude. Definitely not putting the customer first. So i hung up. I have included a picture of the "double beef" crunch wrap.. there is no beef.. I was there an hour ago.

Gotta say I've always been a Taco John fan but Tbell is young their have to be sure. Decent food and week priced. My son loves it and he hates most fast food, so there it is

Don’t go here and listen to the other reviews that tell you to go to Shakopee. The cinnamon twists taste like burned oil and the Mexican pizza looked like someone tried eating it. Really disappointing that I spent money on something that’s not even edible.

The food is good and the price is reasonable for the meal. You can't beat that. To resturants you go to can cost more. Because they have more choices in food and drinks they serve. Taco bell has plenty of parking. And 2 clean bathrooms to use. They have enough tables and seats to sit and enjoy your food. Its fast food. But the price is reasonable. For what you order or it can cost a little bit more. Or cost more if your ordering for your family. Its not bad. Thank you. And the service was ok.
