I hired Hi5 BBQ to cater a meal during a work meeting. Rick was quick to respond to emails and very helpful as I was trying to accommodate some special diets. Rick and Julie were punctual and put on a beautiful, plentiful spread for my guests. The food was hot and delicious! I would highly recommend Hi5 and plan to use them again. Hi5 gets a high five from me!
The ribs Rick makes are scrumptious! Best I have ever had. I have also tried his pulled pork and pulled chicken, both also delightful. Both Julie and Rick are devoted to their work and have a passion for barbecue and serving people. Julie makes excellent corn pudding and a homemade macaroni and cheese. My only suggestion: banana pudding dessert to make the meal complete!
Hi 5 BBQ was a hit at our event! The food was incredible and Rick was awesome to work with. He was friendly, professional, and made everything easy. Highly recommend!
Corn pudding was amazing! Didn’t know what to except and I was extremely impressed. Great chopped brisket! Definitely recommend!!
