Customer Reviews
I have been impressed with the service at this location since it opened. I accidentally left my card at the drive through and was charged for an order that wasn’t mine - these things happen. I called the next day and spoke with Sharnay and she was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I was worried refunding an amount for a receipt I didn’t have would take time (and I had to go on my lunch, so they were busy too), but she was quick and understanding and everything was ready. I was in and out with a refund receipt in a minute. Impressive team and standards at this location. I hope Sharnay gets the appreciation she deserves for her kindness and professionalism.
Brand new beautiful store! Just stopped by on opening day and it’s so nice. The team are so friendly and I even got a mug!
I ordered a cheese quesadilla through the app. I am in the midst of a religious fast and must abstain from meat. I unknowingly received a chicken quesadilla. I waited until I got home to eat and bit into a piece of chicken. I called and they said I would have to request a refund through the app. As everything in this world is expensive, Taco Bell is no exception. Too much to pay for something one cannot eat.
This new location is closer to my home but I refuse to go here ever again. I've been there 4 times and EVERY time, I've been unable to purchase items. Either the fryers are down which they blame on NIPSCO, they run out of soda syrup, or they have no CO2 which means no beverages. The worst part is they are rude as hell about it. Taco Bell is so expensive and customers can understand that supply and mechanical issues aren't the employees' fault, but when the managers are so freakin rude and terrible, it makes it a place you refuse to visit.
They finally got their fryer back but the fries are always cold. just because the cheese you give with them is boiling hot doesn't mean the fries can be cold. They don't cancel each other out 😆
