Bad experience at Subway-Pilot Travel Center in Burns Harbor, Indiana today! Ordered & paid for a footlong sub sandwich. Requested refund after receiving sandwich made on old/hard bread. Was told by the sole employee, a black male, that all todays batch bread is the same without ever checking for any fresher bread. Employee work ethic/customer service gets a thumbs down.

Flatbread died. I am sad. It is no longer offered at any Subway location according to them. That lost MY business. The kids had Subway, though and it was good. Service was very kind, informative, and the order was right.

One of the worst meatball subs I’ve gotten from a Subway. Had to remove over a third of the meatballs from the sub as they were burnt and rock solid, totally inedible. Service was quite odd, the employees seemed more concerned with some drama they were discussing than the customers waiting. They were friendly to me when they served me but I still found the whole operation I observed in line to be unusual. Will not be stopping at this Subway in the future, there’s better subs to be sound elsewhere along I-94.

1 star still too much. SO rude and unprofessional girl working there named Amber. We ordered foot long, first of all she cut my bun like you can see on the picture, than she was start throwing everything on my sandwich, I asked her to do this more gentle she didn’t even looked at me. After veggies I said that I would like to get also hot gardiniera, she took more oil than veggies and start putting that on my sandwich so my sub look like topped in oil. BTW lettuce was dark, old. NEVER AGAIN!
