Taco Bell

I recently visited Taco Bell 6/26/25 @ 610 pm and wanted to share some constructive feedback in hopes of improving future customer experiences. While I enjoy the menu and appreciate the variety of options, the service during my visit was notably slow and disorganized. I waited almost 30 minutes at the register for an online order placed 15 minutes before I arrived. Still waiting.... at least 10 cars have driven off because of the long ridiculous 🙄 wait. Orders were delayed well beyond reasonable expectations, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination among staff, which resulted in confusion, incorrect orders, and frustrated customers. Newer review after Previous review further below: The drive through around noon on a weekday. There were two cars ahead in the drive through. The parking lot had a lot of cars in it for indoor service. The order was taken without incident and the articulation was easy to understand, which is not like everywhere you go in middle Georgia. So good there... At the pickup window there was one girl of ethnic status standing and leaning against the window watching everyone else do the work. Everyone else was moving around fast trying to keep the lunch rush going except this girl. Not sure what her function was other than to absorb oxygen in the drive through but she was in the way of others. The girl who was actually working (at double speed,) was friendly and polite. 3/1/26 The service was sub par today. The crew had issues working as a team. If yiu see customers waiting acknowledge them. The drive-thru customers were being serviced while the customers inside were being ignored with long wait times. The soda machines were out, no napkins, no utensils. Drink cups were returned due do being dirty.

This TacoBell sucks so bad. They are literally the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. We encounter this every time, and yet, stupidly wonder if it’ll be any better. It never is. We ordered our food at 6:15 and I am sitting here at 6:45 with a partial order because they left part of my order out. They prioritize the drive through, but if you go thru the drive thru they have the worst attitude. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

when I came into the restaurant there was no one there but staff. I can't rate the food that I ordered because I never received it came into the restaurant ordered mobley sat down. Received my drink sat down again. Waited 15 minutes all the stuff disappeared and then came back. A crowd of people came in. They started getting their food. I'm still sitting here looking for my food. Finally got fed up and asked for a refund. No I'm sorry. Nothing.
