We absolutely love Taco Bell. It has become one of our family’s regular go-to spots when we want something quick, affordable, and consistently tasty. No matter how busy life gets, we know we can swing by Taco Bell and grab a meal that everyone enjoys. It’s one of those reliable places that never seems to disappoint. The food is always flavorful and satisfying. Whether we’re ordering tacos, burritos, or trying one of their specialty items, the quality is usually very good for fast food. Everything tastes fresh, well-prepared, and exactly how you expect it to taste when you’re craving Taco Bell. Only reason for 2 star on service is that no longer offering senior discounts at this location. Let's set a standard company wide please!! Manager did make an effort after I questioned multiple times.

Every single time we go here, the wait in the drive thru is insanely slow. One evening we waited in the drive-thru line for well over an hour! It is terrible. To make matters worse, something is usually wrong with the order, the food is absolutely destroyed, mashed down flat, or seems as if it was thrown together by a kindergartener. These issues seem to be isolated to just the Auburn location as other TB locations that we go to frequently aren't like this.

Used the mobile app to place order in the parking lot of Kroger, then proceeded to taco bell. I chose drive thru HUGE MISTAKE waited 35min 35 MINUTES!!!! One person taking orders one person handing bags of food one person at counter "on there phone" only 2 people actually making food. Auburn is a joke when it comes to customer service ABSOLUTE JOKE! Auburn hasn't changed one bit, gotten bigger but people are LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t go to Taco Bell very often but had a craving today for it. The staff was nice and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and the food was decent for fast food. If you’re traveling through here it sits right beside the freeway too so the location is great!
