Subway

Me and my girl friend came and these two workers Avery and Jace were extremely nice and helpful in telling us what they enjoyed on the menu. These two workers stalls out to me and impressed me a lot. As someone who has worked in the food industry these two individuals know how to do their job.

This location has the most disgusting restroom I have ever seen in any Subway and I was in the military for 12 years and been in and subways all over the United States and in Iraq. Where is the district manager and they don't even have a sign in the restroom that says if you're dissatisfied with the cleanliness of this restroom please contact and it usually has a phone number..Wow

Service sucked! They should check for the mobile order name other than saying it’s not ready! Very rude and will not be back after this! Maybe they should find some new employees!

The manager was so rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers. The day before I got daily special but had it in salad form instead of 6" sub, it was $7 n change. Went back next day and got HotShot 6" but also asked for salad form, I'm diabetic so bread raises my sugar. I did ask for avocado, which was $1.00 n a cookie .79 n Hotspot was $5.39 for 6". She says my total is $10.46 .I questioned why it was so much as I would think $8.00 or less. She got rude and loud saying more ingredients for salad. I said ok maybe more lettuce but bread costs more. She said either pay for it or don't and you can call corporate and address them. I emailed them, no response yet, but I won't be going to Auburn location again!! She needs serious customer service training!!!

I usually have no problems but today the girl that was working was very RUDE!! I think someone should teach her some manners in customer service.. she didn’t even wait for us to put all the stuff on our sandwich that we wanted before she was closing the sandwich and going to cut it… also I wish they would learn that not everyone likes condiments so don’t try to cut someone’s sandwich with a knife that has a mixture of condiments on without trying to wipe it off..if you don’t like your job just say that don’t treat customers rudely!!
