T & T Smokehouse Meats

I ordered for the first time today! I used door dash. This food was SO GOOD! If you have not had it, get it! I ordered the sausage and brisket with baked beans and potato salad. Everything tastes amazing. Even the sauce was finger licking!! It smelled so good I forgot to take pictures before I started eating, so this is just what I have left by the time I stopped to take some! The plate was huge! More than enough for one sitting I think. I will definitely get food here again.

If you can imagine sitting at a restaurant, ordering a steak and a potato and the Waiter comes back and sits 2 pork chops in front of you. You explain that it's not what you ordered and the Waiter just says I know but we are out of steak..... This is more than half of my experiences at this establishment. If I ordered white meat and you are out of white meat, a phone call should be placed stating that and followed up by would you like a substitute, not you just putting brisket and extra ribs because I don't want either one of those. If it's not that, it's some forgetting to put all of my order in the bag and now 3 times running I have had to go personally back to the store to get my forgotten food. Absolutely delicious smoked food! Our family got smoked chicken, brisket, and a burger with various sides. All well cooked. The owner was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We are just rolling through the area, but if we lived nearby we would most certainly eat here often!

Alright... I hate doing reviews under 4 stars but I had to come here and say something. I ordered the brisket, sausage, rice dressing, Mac n cheese & green beans. The brisket seemed to have been cooked in a crockpot (I was hoping it would have been smoked like the menu says) The sausage seemed to have been smoked but had been cooked in the AM and reheated when I ordered (it was dry) The rice dressing was mediocre The Mac and cheese (no flavor) seemed to have been cooked either the night before or in the morning and reheated in the microwave. The green beans tasted like they were pulled out of a can, threw some smoked seasoning on and heated in the microwave. I don’t normally take time to write reviews on restaurants but this meal was so disappointing, and reading the replies to customers basically stating that their opinions are wrong is wild. I ordered the smoked chicken and ribs with green beans and Mac and cheese. The chicken “looked” amazing but unfortunately it was very dry. The ribs looked sad and didn’t looked smoked at all. They were grey with no smoke ring. They tasted fine and were cooked well but I have a hard time believing they were smoked. The mac and cheese was bland and was piping hot, it was clear they nuked it in a microwave. The green beans were obviously from a can and had little flavor also.
