Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I must said a few weeks ago I when there and i almost never went back. But i decided to give it another chance and when i tell you the experience I had this time! The Manager The big red guy I think they call him Que. The team was moving so fast I had by food before I can put my card to pay! I know he ran that but i really think he should be in charge of more than one story but i know my Home store will go down! Great JOB BROTHER KEEP Up THE GREAT WORK BAKER LOVE YOUR HARD

The first thing was I order pies with my order and they told me it would be a wait, which is fine but then when I get the pies they were cold. One staff try to tell me they were fresh. I eventually received my fresh pies. Second I order red beans and rice but I didn't receive the rice. The large Mac and cheese was only filled half way. I was very disappointed because I dint realize it until I made it home.

Shoutout to the drive-thru worker at Popeyes! Super polite, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. Order was correct, food was hot and fresh, and the service was fast. Definitely made my day—this is how customer service should be. I’ll be back for sure!

So my food was delivered paid almost 80 dollars for a 24 piece the chicken was old the rice in the beans was hard and I didn't get everything I ordered if I had the power I would shut the place down forever cause the employees don't care what they serve so why should a place like that still be in business fire the whole night staff cause they are not qualify to fix food fry food or give people fresh food easy job hire people who love they job and not giving people anything

A bunch of people that DONT want to work. Ordered a 3 piece tender, one of the tenders a was the size of a chicken nugget. I asked the toothless guy at the register if that was considered a tender, he said “I don’t know what they got going on back there” they sent my order out with no sauce for the tenders and no utensils. I asked for a Mardi Gras mustard sauce he said “we dont have that here” despite it being on the menu. I had to eat my mashed potatoes with my biscuit. Nowhere near worth what they charged for this meal. Terrible customer service and that bald mouth dude does not need to be working the front register.
