Beautiful place and beautiful family. The service was excellent and we really liked that they chatted with us about the food as we made our decisions. My husband, 7 year old son and myself enjoyed... complementary salad (came with a white thick dressing. I never add anything but oil and vinegar on mine normally but this was ok). We shared the cheese fondue which came with bread and potatoes, beef entree that we cooked in a broth and then had 4 dipping sauces. My son loves steak so I should have ordered more. We finished with the chocolate fondue that came with pound cake, marshmallows, bananas, and apples. We added on strawberries for an additional $7. $81 for a beef fondue that you cook in watered down chicken broth, and a hot plate raclette with a couple of potato slices in it. Everything is just super bland, and portions are small. The four dipping sauces are lightly season mayonnaise which was underwhelming. All of their food is salvageable with good sauces. They intentionally do not include any meat or potato’s with the cheese fondue. So if you want actual dinner you need to order the watered down chicken broth fondue with the rolled beef. It was super disappointing, with a bitter feeling of tourist trap. I understand they will always get business because of the resort down the road, but it’s a shame they don’t feel the need to deliver quality because of that. The 18% gratuity is obnoxious, however the food comes out quick.

Had a great anniversary dinner here with my partner. Cozy, welcoming, and wonderfully friendly. The cheese fondue was rich and flawless, and the service was excellent. We left very full, very happy, and already thinking about having to go back. Much love 🫶🏻

We ordered the beef and cheese fondue. You get a salad with your entree and both entrees were amazing. If I have one complaint it's that the portions were a little small.

I loved the Swiss decor of the place , so typical and so cozy. the pictures of the Swiss mountains , the decorations and the warmth of the owners who are so friendly and super kind. the owner was there when we sat down and he personally came and greet all the customers upon their arrival and when he left and we had a chat which was very enjoyable. The waitress so kind and friendly it was a pleasure meeting her. I loved their food . My husband and I had their fondue and a raclette and we ate everything . The dressing on the salad was also amazing. I agree with some of the reviews that the prices are high but to be fair the menu with the prices is exposed outside of the restaurant, so people can decide if they want to pay or not for it.
