Absolutely horrible service. Went to enjoy a cold snack with my boyfriend on Saturday just to be insulted from a teenager behind the counter. "I wouldn't be dead wearing that." I was wearing a bonnet to keep my hair protected, maybe hire people that actually deserve a job instead of children that can't even show human decency. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

the highschoolers that worked the closing shift tonight were rude and lacked basic communication skills. it sounds like they hate their job too since they were openly talking crap about it at the counter! if you're gonna hire highschoolers, make sure they don't act like their job is highschool too! xo

Great service, great topping options, just a little disappointed there weren't more ice cream flavors. Also the chairs were sticky, but I guess that's what happens at a fro-yo place.

Prefer this location but every time I go I have to wait at the scale for someone to come out to ring me up. Today I waited almost 3-4 minutes. I yelled excuse me. A customer and her daughter tried slamming the door and stomping to get someone's attention. No luck. I walked out without the treat I had been craving.

Lacking in basic customer service. The fro-yo is great and the concept is good. Just no apparent or visible service. Girls didn’t even speak when spoke to…just kinda grunted. It was clean and well kept, but dang be friendly.
