Sweetfern Inn

Had such a lovely time here! Barb, Bill, and their son were lovely hosts and so sweet! The house and rooms were very clean and homey, and we got to wake up to a bunch of wildlife in the backyard and a lovely breakfast. The house is set back from the road with lots of acreage which makes it very quiet and peaceful. They also had a little corner in the tea room with different trinkets, dishes and homemade goodies for sale. Definitely want to return in the summer!

Barb & Bill were excellent hosts and their place charming and peaceful. The artwork, including framed photographs throughout their home was outstanding. Little niceties like fresh baked cookies and chocolates in room showed caring for their guests. Barb's cooking was the absolute best and breakfast was bountiful. A definite return visit is in our plans.

What a wonderful getaway. Bill and Barb were wonderful hosts! We would love to go back again.

Sweetfern Inn was the perfect stay on our way up to Ontario. Bill and Barb are great hosts. From sitting on the front porch before dark and listening to the turkeys and watching the deer, it was a very pleasant evening. Breakfast was the best, coffee,conversation, and a full breakfast with Barb's amazing lemon curd and homemade bread for toast couldn't be better. A returnvisit is a must if we ever get in the area again.

This was our 1st stay at a B&B. We loved it. Barb and Bill were very nice and welcoming. The house and grounds are beautiful and well kept. We stayed in the Mackinaw room, slept very comfortably and enjoyed the huge private bathroom. Breakfasts couldn't have been more amazing and satisfying with the homemade breads, jams and fresh fruit. We highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay again.
