Quality Inn Clare

Not a bad place to stay. I just thought that the bed was a little to hard for me. And in my room by the pool on second floor it seamed like there was a engine running next to the room. My son slept good. The breakfast was really good. Some eggs and sausage links. Waffles and other options. And I wish the hot tub was working but understand that it was down for maintenance 😕

The room wasn't very clean to start- the chair was stained badly , carpet was nasty and there was smoke stains on the smoke detector. The water would not get hot no matter how long we ran it! I didnt feel very welcomed upon check in or any other point after that. Staff seemed to not want to be there and didn't care to help. I definitely regretted my choice to stay here.

Seemed as the desk was clerk was a little distracted and hurried away to apply her lip gloss. Disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Trip was 43rd anniversary trip and our stay was a stop over before heading home. Room was clean and appropriate for a stop over.

This is my bf and I 3rd time staying here the girl that always checks us in all 3x we have stayed here is wonderful I don't know her name but she is super nice The 1st time we stayed here the stay including the room was great had no issues 2nd time we stayed here we had to change rooms 3x due to no hot water in bathroom or in the sink This time same issue water not hot enough and pool n hot tub not working We went outside to smoke early evening time and upon coming back inside the sliding door did NOT open my bf had to pry it open The front desk person was NO WHERE to be seen not once in the few times we did go outside and there were several ppl in the eating area doing god only knows what And there was no heat in lobby area I've never seen a hotel lobby area esp during the winter time no

Positive: "" Negative: I picked a room with a whirlpool tub I was given a room without one and staff would not honor my reservation.
