Biggest positive is the employees . Very friendly and seem sincere. As good a Chick Fil A . Compared to other fast food Culvers is waay ahead on service. A big shout to Cece. She is great. It’s not a fluke . The Mt Pleasant and Midland locations are just as good. Great job Culvers

Shout out to Paisley and Janet for going above and beyond! You both are awesome, friendly, very patient and caring. Thank you for making our visit special and not making us feel rushed or just another order to get filled and being pushed out of the store when your busy. Yes, they were busy and it was dinner time but I was still in and out with in 15 to 20 minutes. I had wonderful friendly service. It appeared to be a nice positive atmosphere, workers were working very diligently to get orders out quickly. They were also working together looked like everyone was in a good mood and having a good day. That was awesome to see. Thank you.

Great roadside for a swiss double patty and shredded medium rare w a surprise side of piping hot mashed ! Served in under 6 minutes for just a tenner? ....Scooooore !!!!! Driving thru central Michigan looking for cheap eats off 127 and 10 ? Safe w Culver's

The friendliest restaurant we've visited in awhile! The service was better than most "nice sit-down" restaurants. Our son loved getting the free scoop of ice cream and getting to choose whatever topping. We ate most of our food too quickly before I remembered to get more pictures haha.

The service as always was impeccable, but the food was a disappointment. My fish sandwich looked like it was thrown together and fell apart in the middle of eating it. The mac and cheese was semi warm, but the noodles were not soft and the cheese wasn't creamy. My husband's butter burger looked like the meat had been sitting there for awhile. The edges of the patty were black and it was a dry patty. For spending over $40 for 3 people at a fast food joint, you would think the ingredients and the presentation would be better.
