Pretty mid all around. The ice cream was nothing to write home about, definitely can find more flavorful elsewhere. The pineapple drink we ordered was just way too artificial tasting and made us sick to our stomach, so it's just good to know for the future not to get that. Interested to try the bubble tea though...

My favorite is the raspberry chip, but I also mix flavors. The best part is Sweet Scoop has something for everyone. My husband gets the bubble tea, son gets the yummy mango sorbet, and I love the ice cream. The employees are all kind as I sample several flavors.

Driving thru Columbus and stopped at Sweet Scoops at 8:35pm . Told they were closed, sign said 9pm. Another patron was turned away just before me. Not good business.

My family and I have been loyal customers every Sunday during the summer for years. The kids who work here are always very nice and give great customer service. Unfortunately, today was very different. The man who claimed to be the owner was rude, dismissive, and even cursed at us when we asked for a proper sample. We walked out without buying anything. Very delighted with our refreshing drinks. My first time to try the Lychee bubble milk tea and it did not disappoint! My also loved his oreo milk shake. The mint chocolate chip ice cream is okay, my daughter said the chocolate chips needed to be chewed or they wouldn’t melt in her mouth. Will come back to try other stuff.
