I called in and it was ready in 15 mins with utensils/ napkins/ soy sauce in bag and everything. The girl I picked up from was courteous. The food was delicious and hot with a huge portion. The sushi was wonderful! We will definitely go back! Although I picked up, it was a cute, cozy restaurant.

Quaint, quiet place, friendly staff, great food, and absolutely worth trying. We will definitely return. Everything was 5 star!! Waitress was very attentive, helpful, and kind. The place is clean, prices are fair, and the food is AMAZING! Limited seating, but not cramped. I wish we would have known about this place sooner. I ordered green tea (fresh brewed), the husband got unsweet tea, we had lettuce wraps for a starter, I ordered the salmon tower, I requested they grill they salmon (it turned out perfect) , and the husband ordered Thai noodles. All of that was $49, and well worth it. The food was very fresh, and I cannot find a good way to describe how delicious it was. Highly recommend!

You wouldn't think there are great sushi options in the piney woods of east Texas. I'm not a resident of Gilmer but stopped in for dinner with my son on a Saturday night. We were met at the door by our server JD with a big smile and warm greeting. The dining room is tastefully decorated and clean. The menu has a lot of options. We ordered 2 rolls the Tiger and Mama's, they were fresh and awesome. Any who great place to have some fresh east Texas sushi...definitely going back next time I'm out that way.

We are always up for sushi. And it's a bonus you don't have to drive very far. Great local sushi spot with wonderful service, beautiful presentations of dishes, and things actually taste as good as they look. Sushi is something that's super easy to mess up but SushiTo's knows what they're doing 🍣! The restaurant, for dine-in, only has a few tables. So if you're wanting to dine in just be aware. They do also offer takeout. My husband and I tried three different roles, and our friends also tried some of their noodle and rice dishes. Everything was great and we can't wait to go back 🍣!! P. S. It is BYOB and they offer complimentary soup 🍲 for dine in guests. #GoogleGal

I have lived in Houston and near Dallas. I have eaten at some ver well recommended and expensive places. Sushitos has better food and service than any restaurant I have been to in years. They have a very small establishment. They do not have a lot of employees. This allows for attention to detail in their food and service. I highly recommend Sushitos to anyone looking for excellent sushi.
