Definitely an east Texas favorite. I have grown to like these more than Pittsburg hot links. The service is always excellent and the links never disappoint! Don’t forget to add a side of chili! It’s great!
First timer. Didn't love the hot links, a bit too greasy, but it has been years since I've had a 'real' hot link with REAL beef, so I'm not the best judge. The boudin was the best I've ever tried. The potato salad was excellent. The wait staff were very welcoming and helpful. When in town again I will definitely get boudin to go.
I’ve always enjoyed the Doc Hot Links, but for the first time ever, mine had no flavor. I’m hoping it was just a one-time mistake during processing. I’ll definitely be back again — usually, they’re seasoned to perfection!
Had 6 hot links with a side of chili and a drink , food was great , nice friendly staff , will stop again next time im in Gilmer,Texas
Just saw a thing on YouTube about this spot from 12 years ago....... Man I luv links Happy it still going ... I can't wait to visit!!
