Sushi Hana - Worth the Stop ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sunday took great care of me from start to finish—the kind of service that makes you want to come back. The soup was perfectly seasoned and the smoked salmon roll was incredibly fresh. No corners cut on quality here. Already thinking about what I’ll order next time.

Highly recommend for sushi. Tried this place out for dinner a few days ago and ended up going back for lunch 4 days later because we couldn't stop talking about how good the sushi was. Service both times was also very good. Highly recommend the Jeff roll and Firecracker roll, and the Real Killer appetizer was like a Japenese Jalepeno popper. The Philadelphia, Alaska, and California roll were also delicious.

I heard that Sushi Hana is under new management - so we went to try again. We were seated quickly, but were not asked about drinks or apps. There was a language barrier clearly - so we struggled to communicate and they also could not ask us more questions or tell us about certain dishes. The table was sticky (which I can't stand) and makes me question sanitary standards. Regarding the food, the sushi was OK. The Hamachi and Salmon sushi were good. The Swordfish was not great. Hand rolls looked good, but were not hot for some reason. Total bill was over $100 for two people. We had one alcohol drink only, so bill seemed too high for two people. Advice? Hana Sushi has been super consistent for us. Fish tastes fresh, portions are good, and everything just feels clean. We usually grab a couple rolls and some nigiri and it always hits. Service is friendly and quick without being weird about it. Easy place to keep coming back to.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I have to admit: the look of the restaurant is not very appealing from the outside. I suggest the owner think about changing/upgrading it. That said, I LOVE the food! I came for lunch twice within two weeks and I don’t even go out for food usually. Being an Asian from a big city, it’s hard to find places I actually enjoy Asian food in Colorado tbh. And Japanese food especially, it’s rare it’s any good. But this place is legit. Also price is very reasonable. I also like the decor inside. It’s a very cute place with a good vibe. That’s why I suggest changing the outside- more people would come enjoy this place! I’d very much love to have this place stay open. So I’ll become a regular customer from now on anytime I need a Japanese food fix in
