Sushi-Fi

1st time here. It is the best AYCE sushi in Colorado. We pick the premium option to have sashimi and other premium roll. Fish are fresh, and other hot food are very good. Nothing I ordered that I feel disappointed

The only regret I have is not dining in and taking full advantage of an all you can eat sushi opportunity. But from what I did get, it wasn’t too shabby. Of course, I dipped into sashimi and a little nigiri, all great. This includes soup and seaweed salad. I ordered to go and received the food in a timely manner with friendly staff and an even friendlier departure greeting. If I’m in the area, I will try this spot again and venture out more and dine in.

The food and service here is amazing! We love the premium all you can eat as the options are endless.

Not our first visit, but this place is quickly becoming part of our restaurant rotation. We like their raspberry tea, and I appreciate the friendly nature of the staff. They answer questions, check on you (but are also respectful of your space), and they help each other with their tables (love the team mentality). I think we had three people checking on us, refilling drinks, and bringing food. Sooo sorry, I forgot to take a picture of the beef short-ribs that we ordered as an appetizer. They were so yummy with a bbq sauce that didn’t overpower the natural goodness of the ribs. Just the right amount! I had the chicken katsu bowl. This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Fort Collins. The sushi is delicious and the service is fantastic. I had the baked salmon roll and the big three. Both were absolutely incredible.
