Maya Empanada

I used to live in Fort Collins and first discovered this hidden gem through my best friend, we even visited their previous location before they moved here. I’m back in town visiting friends, and there’s no way I could leave without getting their delicious empanadas (and bringing some home to Seattle!). The empanadas are truly authentic and incredibly tasty. The staff was also very kind and helpful, especially since I was traveling and planned to carry them on my flight back to Seattle. I brought back 20 😋 Ham and Cheese is my favorite ❤️ Highly recommended!

Pretty good overall. They are delicious! My favorite is steak. The sauces are the best too. Just a bit pricey in my opinion but they do have pretty good portions. Empanadas are stuffed with plenty of steak.

This has become my favorite little lunch spot for myself. The mushroom empanada is my favorite, though they are all delicious. Amazing sauce pairings for each empanada! Delicious dessert empanadas. Diverse selection of beverages to drink, I opt for the Jamaica because YUM! I had a very helpful employee who got me sorted and eating quickly. 10/10 truly a treasure in Fort Collins.

A hidden gem for SURE. If you're intimidated, get the ham and cheese, but everything is DELICIOUS. I bring my family in often. Perfect for kids too. Hard to believe anyone goes to McDonald's with them RIGHT THERE! I paid 38$ and got a feast for my 7 year old and I! You're missing out of you haven't tried Maya Empanada!!

In a world full of meals that cost $20, don’t listen to the folks that complain about the prices here. They are charging a premium cost ($7 which isn’t really expensive at all) for a premium product and they know what they’re worth. I’m happy to spend my money at a place like this and I will continue to support these folks.
