Sushi Box

From the moment you walk in, Jason and his wife make you feel like you belong there. Not like a transaction. Not like just another order number. Like a neighbor. And that matters. The food is incredible — fresh, beautifully prepared, consistently great. But what keeps us coming back isn’t just the sushi. It’s the heart behind it. Jason works with quiet excellence. His wife welcomes you with warmth and gratitude. They remember faces. They ask about your day. They care about this community in a way you can feel. In a world where so much feels rushed and impersonal, Sushi Box reminds you what local business is supposed to feel like. It’s not just dinner. It’s connection.

The atmosphere, food, and service are always fantastic whenever we visit Sushi Box. We got the Heart Attack appetizer, the nigiri rice bowl (Chitari or something? I’m forgetting the name on the menu), and a Spider-Man and Grinch sushi rolls. The portions were large and we brought home leftovers. I was also sat next to the Open sign and the neon flashing was starting to give me a migraine so we asked the owner if he would mind turning it to a solid light while we were there and he agreed to do so, no questions asked. We were checked in on multiple times and felt very taken care of. We will definitely be going back :)

Definitely a hidden gem in Longmont. The food is great, reasonably priced and the owners are super sweet and personable. A must try if you are a sushi fan!

Went back recently for the first time in a while. It was delightful! This place is a gem. Might be my favorite overall sushi place. The quality is better than anywhere else I can think of in Longmont or Boulder. Incredible value as well. I could barely finish it all, but it was too good not to devour completely. Great vibes and a cozy atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

WOW. This is absolutely the best sushi in Longmont. First off, service is wonderful, very attentive and knowledgeable. The sushi, just WOW. We got spicy tuna, shrimp tempura roll, and ruby red roll. Also have had their nagiri which was delightful. Everything is very flavorful and they do not skimp at all on fish. I haven’t had sushi like this since living in Hawaii. This is definitely the spot. Sake is great. We will be back. Was $70 for three rolls, a sake carafe plus a half bottle of sake
