Super Chow is a late night food truck right downtown in Yellow Springs. It’s in the back of King’s Yard. The food is great. I’ve been twice now and although it can be slow to get your food it’s worth it. I had two of the brisket sliders last time and they were delicious. Pictured below is the hash (and another medley sort of dish), but we’re good with the sauce they came with. Very happy to have a late night food option in town again!
