Three Ten Bed and Breakfast

The home is incredibly cozy. Very clean. You even get your own bar of organic soap which is quite impressive. Jim the host was very accommodating and very personable. Super close to everything. Best option for a stay in Yellow Springs. Incredible value!

What a lovely little inn - based in a wonderful walkable community. I was traveling across the Country with my motorcycle in tow and needed a place to overnight both heading out and back from my home. I found Jim's lovely B&B and loved it so much upon my way out, I booked another stay for my way back. Jim is wonderful, kind and very accommodating. The nearby restaurants (all within a 1/2 mile) were excellent and I felt very safe and comfortable walking in the neighborhood at night. Great experience!!

Three Ten was the perfect place for a girls weekend amongst three 40 something college pals. We rented both rooms so had the place to ourselves sharing the bathroom upstairs. The location and the owner are the best parts about this place. We were able to easily walk everywhere in Yellow Springs including to many restaurants and all of the cute shops. Jim is sweet, thoughtful, and took care of coffee and lite breakfast every morning. I’ve never stayed in a B & B and never thought I’d want to but Jim has only the front and upstairs open to the public and he has a separate area so we only saw him when he was checking in on us to make sure we had all we needed. He shared the history of the house (built in the 1800s!) as well as the history of some of the art in his home. We had a great weekend

Jim’s home was absolutely lovely! It is one of the oldest in town and has plenty of beautiful things to look at in awe. The Sanctuary room was adorable, clean, and quiet. The vintage wall paper was so beautiful! The bathroom was gorgeous with marble and basket weave tile and spotless. Jim had light breakfast and coffee waiting for us in the morning. We had the pleasure of hearing more about his endeavors and the village! We loved all the art displayed around the bnb!

Jim, the host, is very friendly, helpful and knows the history of Yellow Springs. The B&B is delightful with books, other reading materials, flowers and snacks. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The location is walking distance to restaurants, art galleries, a great bakery and bicycle trails. I definitely recommend Three Ten B&B. Dave S.
