Sunshine Deli & Catering

Not the friendliest of staff. Sandwiches apparently do not come with a side. I ordered the chicken wrap with brie and artichokes. Only modification that I asked for was grilled chicken instead of breaded. As you can see in the pic, I didn't get a tortilla. I, also, ordered an almond milk latte. It was so bitter that not even 2 sugars helped it so I never drank it. My husband ordered the ruben sandwich and said it was mediocre at best. Also, very expensive - $40 for 2 sandwiches and 1 latte.

We were taking a drive around the lake and stopped in at Sunshine for a bit of lunch. Savory Crepes with eggs, Ham Spinach and mushrooms were fantastic. My husband’s Meatball and cheese was just okay. For the price if should have been bigger. Service was excellent.

Just moved to incline wanted to try a new breakfast place and get a yummy breakfast order to go for my husband’s birthday, ordered breakfast burrito, chocolate chip pancakes and French toast. The woman cooking my food was overwhelmed seeming and when I got there to pick up my order she was pretty rude and said my online order takes up to 45 mins, I was fine with waiting i knew I came early, I was just coming to check out the place. Anyways talked to her husband John who was friendly, but seemed exhausted as well. Took my food home. My French toast and pancakes were very burnt. Like black! Not even edible. Maybe we will try it again? They were having a bad day? But that was pretty bad. The pancakes and French toast was for my baby and 3 year old and they couldn’t eat it.

I was just visiting from out of town, but I needed a place to eat and relax for a bit. This place seems like it is (or should be!) a local favorite. Everything on the menu sounds good, and I enjoyed my Reuben with sourdough option. I felt welcomed and comfortable. I'll have to take my family back to Incline Village for a weekend trip!

Amazing food and really sweet lady at the front. Id definitely recommend
