Found this gem and we had an amazing dinner experience! I’m very particular about food taste and freshness and Paxton did not disappoint. Love the innovative menu and I could taste the flavors of what they describe on the menu. The staff was also friendly and knows their stuff. Highly recommend everyone to give this place a visit if you’re in the area.

I should’ve gone with the owner’s recommendation of the French onion burger- I had a bite of my husband’s and it was maybe the best burger I’ve ever tasted. The crispy chicken salad was very good, but next time- burger for me!

Had the burger and chicken katsu, fairly basic items on the surface but Paxtons added their own flavor to it and both were amazing. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to dining here again next time I'm in Incline Village!
