Sunday Morning at Savannah's

My boyfriend and I stayed for the kick off of his 30th birthday weekend. Savannah was there when we arrived, and is so warm, friendly, and welcoming! The bed and breakfast is charming, clean, and beautifully decorated. It is a great location if you are visiting Old Westminster Winery and looking for a romantic getaway or girls weekend. Savannah also had snacks for us, a birthday card/gift, and makes a delicious breakfast. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!! Thank you again!

We arrived and was greeted by the person in charge. We were told about the snacks and were the refrigerator was if we needed to store anything cold. We were then taken to our room, and told about the linens. We dropped our belongings off and went out to dinner. After returning I was going to shower and have a relaxing weekend for valentines weekend. We noticed how dirty the floor was and the shower mat to get out of the shower. They had clothes hanging in the armoire and boxes in the closet were we would of liked to hang up our clothes that we brought to go to a formal dinner the following night. Next the door to our room did not shut completely or could we lock it. And also the door had a peice of plywood over the insert were a peice of glass would of been but the plywood didn't cover the

Disappointed. DIRTY. We tried calling the property multiple times to verify our reservation without success. Upon our arrival there was a woman who was waiting for us to sign the invoice and showed us around quickly. We noticed the door to our room didn’t have the threshold at the bottom leaving a huge gap. The glass panel in the door had been broken and a wood panel nailed up but for some reason left a 3 inch Gap. The door only locked from the inside. This did not feel private or secure. So, our belongings were not locked up when we went to dinner. The cabinet and closet in the room were full of clothing. There wasn’t any where to store your belongings or hang up clothing. The property has so much potential but it’s not well cared for and they are overselling the experience. I was promised a refund over 2 months ago and nobody has responded to my calls or messages. I would not recommend any business associated with this property or company.

Hidden gem of a relaxing bed and breakfast in a quiet location. The building's historic charm and rustic setting blend to provide a memorable experience. The full course breakfast and signature coffee blends are delicious. Savanna is a wonderful hostess and she adds to the already peaceful atmosphere.
