From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of wood-fired goodness and a friendly, attentive staff that made me feel right at home. I ordered the smoked ribeye and it was hands-down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had — juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned, and cooked exactly to order. The grill char added that perfect smoky crust without overpowering the meat. Sides like the garlic mashed potatoes and charred asparagus were just as impressive, clearly made with fresh ingredients and great attention to detail. Perfect home in the wall local bar. Just moved to New Windsor and it’ll be a go to. I’ve only had a burger which was perfect. Meat is from Wagners (local and never frozen) and the potato salad is made in house. Great prices. Will be back for the music.
