Subway

3 attempts at my sandwich and not one of them were correct. It's simple folks, when the order says no mayo.... TWICE and ya still manage to drown my sandwich in that white goo, not once, not the 2nd time when I went back in and brought the discrepancy to their attn, nor the 3 time. EACH time everything was correct except it had mayo. This tells me they do not pay much attention to detail or to their customers. And to top it all off, a reward of a free foot long wasn't honored after submitting my order on the app. I showed them my receipt and record of my order. Instead of honoring my purchase, they instructed me to call the owner of the store. Utterly ridiculous! I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered online. Arrived when the order was supposed to be ready according to the app. no one was at the sandwich bar or visible.The representative in the store was extremely rude stating the app has nothing to do with the order in which they make sandwiches. The order had not even been started. Although it had been 27 minutes since the online order had been put in and we arrived at the time indicated it should be ready for pick up. Why accept online orders if you aren’t going to honor the time they should be ready. Last visit. Sad in a town with few food options.

This Subway made customers feel unwelcome. The employees did not greet anyone as they entered. After 10 minutes of standing in front of the bar, ready to order, Customers tried to make small talk with the sandwich artist,(signaling they were ready to order), however the employees seemed more focused on closing the store and continued their shut down procedures. The sandwich artist ignored customers waiting to order, as the shift leader took over 15 minutes to ring up one order. The feeling of "I don't care about my job, I just want to go home", was overwhelming. Never returning!!! HIRE NON IGNORANT WORKERS

Stopped by this location during a day trip. The sandwich artists (one had brown hair and a really cool key necklace and the other had bright red and black hair) were both super friendly and loaded up our subs exactly to our liking! My boyfriend and I are both thoroughly impressed by the food quality and exceptional service at this location.

Ordered a steak and cheese, the meat was RANCID! I called in and they acted like it was no big deal. Definitely not going back, lucked out this time! Risk food poisoning or go somewhere else.
