Pizza Hut

The workers at the Pizza Hut in West Point are so nice. The whole town lost power but my order was already made so instead of telling me I couldn't have it they still gave me my order. I told them to call me when the power came back on so I could come in and pay, but they told me not to worry about it since it's no one's fault. I've ordered here a few times and each time it's been a pleasant interaction. Definitely will continue ordering from here.

The place where your taste buds go on a vacation while your waistband goes on a permanent sabbatical. 🍕 I ordered the Stuffed Crust Pizza, and let me tell you, I didn’t just get a meal, I got a life-changing experience. It's like they took a pizza and said, 'Let’s make this bad boy even MORE pizza.' The cheese-filled crust is so good, it should come with a warning: may cause uncontrollable joy and excessive cheese consumption. Also, the delivery was on point—arrived hotter than my phone when I’m scrolling through memes at 2 AM. Seriously, my pizza showed up faster than my plans to get fit in 2026. If you're looking for a pizza that’ll fill you up, make your taste buds do the cha-cha, and maybe cause a bit of guilt (but in the best possible way), then Pizza Hut’s your place. 10 out of 10 wo

Absolutely love this pizza hut! It’s been the best one I’ve been to by far: delicious pizza, wonderful service, and very considerate workers.

There have been times when they've forgotten to give us entire pizzas, sides, drinks, or other things, though the staff seem to be really friendly, sometimes they may lack in their work. Like a few of the restaurants and places in this town, it can be a hit or miss. Depending on who's on the staff, you may have an excellent service, in which I'd rate a 5 star, or you may have quite unpleasant service, which is what dropped my rating of this establishment. Overall, though, it's a nice place to order from if you just need some pizza and drinks for a party, or if you just don't feel like cooking for dinner. It's not too expensive, and offers a good amount of food for the whole family.

Called yesterday to inquire about the buffet price. Drove 25 minutes with the family to come eat today and was told that they have a "substitute manager" today that doesn't do buffets... What a horrible business practice to claim you offer something and don't provide it. At the very least you need to remove your advertising promoting your Monday-Friday buffet. Saw so many people come in and leave. Lots of lost revenue today. Needless to say, we won't return even if the buffet is actually available. Great way to alienate your customers.
