Subway

Today I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich online and did not want the bread toasted. They used to heat the meat fo steak so why stop now? … and when my husband brought it home the meat was cold with the fat still on it. It was ice cold. He drove across town immediately to take it back and have it redone with warm meat and the sandwich artists at this store would not replace it. I have cancer and he rebought this stupid sandwich a second time because they refused to make it right. No where on the app dos it give you a spot to tell the store to heat the meat. Since the 80’s the steak and cheese meat was always microwaved. So my husband bought me a new sandwich since they refused to fix it. He came home and told me what happened I am very upset at their lack of care and customer servi

I ran into this subway while a woman named Jackalyn was working and she was the most kind and helpful worker i’ve ever ran into anywhere i highly suggest coming to this subway you will 100 percent have an amazing experience and not be disappointed. Jackalyn hands down really deserves a raise

The lady there just don't care bout there job was in the middle of making my sandwich and she just stopped and wrapped it up, didn't tell her I was done with it. So I didn't even get the sandwich, I wanted drove all the way to West Plains to get it. Just whatever guess I i won't be eating there again.

I consider this location the "good" subway. Always very pleasant staff experiences here. The one down side tho is that my coupons do not seem to work through the app at this store.

Lauren and the team were kind, helpful, and speedy! Food was fresh and made correctly, what else could you ask for?!
