RAMEN PHO TERIYAKI EXPRESS

Okay, review time. We all know West Plains doesn't have a ton of places to eat, especially if you've tasted it all. So it was an awesome time to try the new ramen place near Ramey's. Everything deserves a try one time, right?? Well .... We LOVE it! We are die hard Asian foodies and make a ton at home ourselves, so we're not novices. And this place didn't disappoint. Now, this was the first visit we both ordered ramen. There are lots of other items on the menu. We're not giving a total review on things we didn't eat. But we did eat the fried tofu ramen mid-heat and brisket ramen hot and both were wonderful. The broth is super flavorful, the servings are generous, and the place is clean. My one suggestion? Visiting from New England where Ramen and Pho is everywhere. Hands down best ramen I've had. Huge Bento box. Fast, friendly, and affordable.

The service an overall visit was fantastic. The food, fantastic. I had the brisket pho and my fiancé had the ramen with brisket. Portions were definitely bigger than expected. The pho was delicious and flavorful!

Not the worst I've ever had, but prettttty darn close....... Whatever piece of pork they gave me was as edible as a truck tire. Bland as hell from the broth to the plain hard boiled egg. The dumplings were edible but freezer burnt. For $33 they should have at least given me a toothpick instead of plastic spoon and fork to get the stringy pork out of my teeth. Whoever gave more than 2 stars probably thinks KFC and Hardee's is acceptable wedding cuisine. I think dirty bath water with a cut-up rotisserie chicken from Walmart and some scissor cut scallions would have probably been a better use of my money for dinner tonight..
