I'm going to start off by saying that I love coffee and I drink at least four cups a day. I ordered a cold brew coffee with sugar and nothing else size large. Upon taking the first sip of my coffee I had never tasted a more bitter or syrupy cold brew let alone and the other coffee in my entire life. But damn it if I spent my hard-earned money on this I'm going to finish it. On my 45 minute ride home I suffered through this black tar in a cup. I got home and pulled into my driveway and immediately the guttural demons began. The poo started flowing like the revenge of Montezuma, while raising my blood pressure and heartbeat into over 120 beats per minute. I LOVE Jo Coffee Co. They are super friendly and always smiling. If something isn't right they always fix it, though that doesn't happen often. Their coffee is always great but I love the Chai Lattes personally.

Stopped by this morning on my way to show property. The young man that took my order was very friendly. Got a hot latte with chocolate, vanilla, and caramel and it was delicious. Enjoyed every drop! I’ll be back! Glad we have a good drive through coffee shop in West Plains now! ☕️

This is the BEST coffee place in West Plains! And believe me, I’ve tried all of them! I have allergies, so I asked for something special, and Ms. Jo and her sweet daughter did not disappoint! Because of their hospitality and kindness, I decided to return again and again! Give this drive thru coffee place a try. You will not be disappointed! Great taste, decent price, great service!
