Worst customer service , shorter Indian female with horrible attitude .. just slopped our subs together and didn't want to put any toppings on our subs...had to repeat can you please add a little more as she rushed to just wrap them up ...I ordered meatball sub and it was like the meatballs have been warmed up for days as they looked like dog food or something when I bit into it....my family of 3 ate there and my son and I became very sick that night ....the floors in there were nasty and my mother used the bathroom when we were leaving and noted that they were horrible ... I would advise you to get better customer service ...and clean up ...I thought being in the little town of walkersville that it would be decent ... I would rate 0 if I could

I have Never had a problem here, I’m in and out in a few minutes. Best of all, someone else is making me food and I can appreciate that.

I was fidgeting with my bag of chips and was joking with me mother and she thought I was stealing and because I was by the chips rack and then she looked at me weird at me as I was walking out I DONT RECOMMEND EATING HERE AT ALL… She was a Short Indian woman and was rude from the beginning and acted like she didn’t want to serve us and acts as she is being bothered by us ordering here and I asked to have my cookies warmed up and she snatched them out of my hand and she got what ever she was eating in the back all over my cookie bag. AGAIN I DONT RECOMMEND YOU EATING HERE AT ALL.!!!!

ordered a philly steak wrap and got a flat bread with virtually no meat or fixins on it

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After only receiving half of the footlong sub ordered on the Subway app we always use, I immediately called the store twice, no one answers. I then emailed Subway guest services once and then the STORE OWNER whose name and email are on the bottom of the receipt twice now asking for a refund of half the sub, no response at all. Five days later and no responses from anywhere, today, my son went in with my receipt again explaining and was treated rudely by a man and woman behind the counter. They said they could not refund my credit card. REALLY? They offered to make a 6 in sub, but it did us no good at this point. Just crazy. Worst customer service ever. They just lost some long time customers today.
