First and foremost, Stephanie is a super nice lady and very easy to talk to. I called her on a Monday and asked for a cake on Wednesday because I planned poorly. Brick Block Cakes did a phenomenal service to our family--she prepared an absolutely gorgeous order of custom cupcakes for my sister-in-law's ladybug-themed virtual baby shower. Since I am in Chicago and my SIL is in Maryland, we did the entire interaction virtually and Brick Block Cakes was responsive, thorough, clear, patient, and kind throughout every interaction. On the day of the virtual baby shower, my SIL was surprised with a delivery of a dozen absolutely gorgeous ladybug cupcakes at her door.
