Pizza Hut

Ordered the Tuesday personal pizza deal online. My 2 pizzas were ready on time and were delicious! Only had to wait a minute or two when I went in to pick up my order despite there only being a couple people working.

I tried to call in a triple pizza box order today on 1/15/26. Only to be met with a rude employee. She sounded as if I was bothering her to place said order. And then she went back and forth with me about the triple box pizza THAT IS ON THEIR WEBSITE. She was telling me that they don't do it. Well, YOUR website says you do. And even if you don't, there was ZERO reason for you to be rude. Never again will Walkersville Pizza Butt get any money from me. Very poor customer service.

Arrived at 6pm only to find a note on the door stating lobby closed. Pls use drive through. I specifically drove to this location to eat inside as several pizza hut locations are takeout only. Not a very good way to do business. Hours listed should be honored as well as dine in service during operating hours.

I really want to like this location, it's a small town, I like the food, and I'm sure the people who are work here work hard, but there have just been too many blunders. 1:20 to get a delivery once. Absolutely chaos in store for pickup another time. 6-7 workers frantically trying to figure out all the orders and customers in line/drive through. Guy came in who never received his delivery. It's clear they just don't know how to properly handle surge / triage. I feel like I'm pretty sympathetic and willing to wait, but I had to be persistent to get my order that was sitting on the oven for 20minutes. Let me start off by saying the service here was excellent, the waitress was very nice and the food came in a speedy manner. The quality of the food was great! Also the prices are very good, the thing I live about Pizza Hut is they always have specials on top of the great prices.
