Aloha, my frustration genuinely stems from the fact that I mobile order a veggie delight on flat bread and add extra spinach and cucumber but will literally get 6 pieces of spinach on my sandwich. Why give the option of adding extra if it won’t be done. This happened three times at this location. My sandwich is flat as a pancake. Please do something about this because giving people the choice to order something then not providing that service is not okay.

Did an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait in line. Ordered my sandwich with cheddar cheese sauce and instead of the cheddar cheese sauce they put some other nasty cheese. Make my sandwich the way I order it, not some bullshit substitute. This is the second time this has happened

Thursday may 28th 2025 10am ish I walked in to find no one behind the counter . After waiting a short while a short dark skinned woman with blood shot eyes peaked out from the back said nothing and returned to the back. After another short while a younger fair skinned woman came to the front whilst still trying to finish the bite of food she had and began to start my order. As she started the previous woman shouted with a heavy accent “ONLY CASH”. At this time I just took my buisness elsewhere.

I ordered two foot long subs. The young man & woman who took our order and made our sandwiches. They were both fast, friendly, and were very clean. They took pride in their work, and it showed. I would have given this Subway a 5 star ⭐ but the manager/owner. He wasn't too friendly. Didn't greet his customers or say anything, not even a smile.. The workers were great!!
