My fiance and I had a wonderful experience thanks to the woman who waited on us! I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but she has a pink Stanley type cup! She was very friendly and wonderful to talk to! Thank you so much for your kindness in today’s hard world :) (We went on 9/19/2025 @730pm ish)

Gentleman working today was great. He handled a rush with no stress, kept the line moving and was very attentive and you could genuinely tell he cared!!!! The food was amazing and everyone was smiling.

My fiancé sub was cold after being toasted. The worker Luis did everything to try and make it right while the other guy was rude and disrespectful and called my fiance a liar when he waited respectfully for the customers to leave to voice his complaints to them. Which caused me to be upset. He asked and asked after I got mad and upset to fix the issue when we were ready to walk out Luis was respectful and said he couldn't give out his name so hopefully the owner sees this. But I will never be back. Give Luis a raise for having to deal with that man. For real. 6-20-25 7:45pm visit.

We ordered 3 sandwiches on-line. They were not ready when we got there and it was after the time indicated. Employee was putting sandwiches together wrong. We tried to tell her that she was putting on items we didn't ask for. She said she had to go by the order. I pulled it up on phone to make sure I hadn't marked incorrectly. It wasn't. She REFUSED to change even though she knew it was our order. I refused to take the wrong sandwiches and I eventually got her to make them correctly. Very frustrating and of course she was upset with us and wasn't friendly.

I took my daughter here to grab dinner and the staff acted like we were bothering them by coming in. There was a woman who could not speak English, throwing death stares. I tried to smile at her numerous times and she had a look of disgust on her face. My daughter told her honey mustard, when we got home she took a bite of her sandwich and it was honey mustard. When I took a bite of my sub my chicken was still cold and soggy like. I am so sorry to have this experience here, as usually customer service is great at this location. Whoever was working tonight was pissed to have to be there.
