Subway

Was excellent the guy that was working June 21st around 8:30 p.m. he made me and my buddy a sub and the atmosphere was a lot of fun and we were joking around and having a good time Don't really get to experience that in many subways if at all so I really enjoyed the experience look forward to coming back!

Employees absolutely do not care, or at least the ones I've had in my 4 or 5 visits don't. I really like Subway subs but I don't feel like I can go to this location anymore after my wife got food poisoning the last time we ate there. Ironically the atmosphere here is better than the food or service and it's literally a gas station Subway.

I only gave it 3 stars because the one girl with the glasses that waits on me os very nice and polite when I come in an she makes good subs unlike the other workers there. I see her and a other girl always doing all the work while the others do nothing an d that is ridiculous. My mom also has trouble when one of the male employees wait on her and her sub is never right or is sloppy. When we came in a few days ago the two girls were there and they were excellent. If they weren't there I'd give this place 0 stars.

First time there and last time. Told us they had a sale, 3 subs for 17 something, he said it would come to 19.08$. Credit card was already in, got charged 28.28$. When I asked why, he said its because he had to charge me for the extra pepperoni, which is 1.50 for pepperoni, as it shows on receipt. I asked for just mayo cause they were out of bbq, and I ended having a Mayo soup in my sub.

If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn't bother leaving a review (plus i prefer leaving positive reviews), but I've had this happen exact issue happen multiple times now with this location. I ordered The Monster sandwich on app and ended up with some chicken sandwich with spicy sauce. I called and they said to come back, but the whole reason I ordered online to pick it up is because of my busy schedule. I don't have the time to back to get the sandwich I ordered. Please do something and fix this reoccurring problem because I want to support my local subway. It's not like we have many food options in Taneytown as it is. Now I know why my partner refuses to go there.
