Want to give a shout out to Lucas for an amazing experience at this Subway! He was professional, Polite, efficient, and made amazing Sandwiches. I have not seen this level of proficiency in a very long time. He treated everyone with a level of respect that is very rare nowadays. Most wonderful experience I have had in a fast food place in a very very long time. All of this while working alone and lots of customers. Also want to add that the place was very clean and well stocked. Just an amazing young man that any company would be blessed to employ.

This is the absolute saddest sandwich I have seen there is hardly anything on it. I ordered the outlaw with everything it originally comes with, even had pickles added. Not enough on it worth $13. My husband ordered the marinara meatball and the meatballs were burnt.

Horrible customer service. Ordered online, had our order number, paid online and they said they didn't have it. Never again. Not worth the aggravation for pricy, medicore sandwiches. Now I have to try to get reimbursed.

Order a sandwich online when I walked in the store the young man that was working there was very helpful. There was an older lady. There was more interested in socializing with the customer and belittling the young man and telling the customer what was wrong with the store and how things weren’t done the way they were trained, it was done right or not. I don’t know. The young man did an excellent job on my sandwich. I wish I remembered his name the older lady on the other hand to learn what type of conversations to have with a customer degrading another employee and telling what’s wrong is not acceptable in any business .

9/22 It has been almost a year since I visited this store. Still has the same manager. Menu has completely changed, though it was advertised as new items added to the menu. It will be more than a year before I return. Bread was stale and tough. Spinach not fresh. Help was less than eager to serve and very perfunctory in manner. I know it is difficult to get good help these days, especially at an entry-level job. But training should include more than just how to prepare the menu. There needs to be training on how to engage with customers. Having worked for so many years in the restaurant business, I am keenly aware of the things that hinder or help a business.
