Subway

Came in and ordered a wrap and sub. Never was asked if I wanted my wrap toasted they just did it and when asked why they said "they had to or the bread would be too hard" that's a first to hear. They didn't wrap it the right so it's not even staying together and it was cut with paper around it! The other sub was cut with a dirty knife that was just scraped off on the discard bin opening right before cutting the sub. The staff were seeming like they didn't even want to be there and their veggie area was messy with cross contamination in bins. Your better of going to the other one at 2388 Lee Rd 430, Smiths Station, AL 36877. They are friendly and keep their food prep area much cleaner. They also use a CLEAN knifes with every sandwich and I guess where their wraps aren't so hard they must be

I often order on the app or order in store to-go. My online order is usually always right. Always pleasant friendly group of long time employees.

The manager stephanie always sitting out back chain-smoking and playing with cats. She is never in the store and is always seen drinking at the VFW wearing her subway Work shirt and get sloppy drunk in it, and tried to start a fight with me this evening at the vfw with a beer in hand while in her subway work cloths

this subway has really gone down hill, i used to live this place, like walked from my house liked it, and then they hired all new staff and they can’t make a single damn thing right, i ask for green pepper, i get black pepper, i say provolone they give me american cheese, i was yelling over the glass the items i wanted on my sandwich and they still got it wrong.

I did a online order and went to pick it up. Once I got home and was about the eat my sandwich I didn’t have everything I asked for on it. I called the subway and the lady said she would call me back. Never received a call back. So I called them back after 30 minutes and they said they tried to call me back and wasn’t getting through. The lady said she made my sandwich and I said ok but all the stuff I asked for isn’t on it. I took pictures of the sandwich and everything, but she wanted me to bring it back up there to check it and I told her I ate half of it because they took forever to call back. She said she’s sorry she can’t do nothing for me. Never again!!!
