Jack's Family Restaurant

Food was warm at best, the bun was soggy so I could tell it was sitting for a while. I was using a walker because I am 2 weeks post options from knee replacement. The cashier decided to stop ringing me up and do a bunch of walk up, drink refills instead of completing my transaction so I could stand up there longer. Then, didn't say a word and walked away, came back and stood there doing something with the register for a couple minutes, then just stood there staring at me. I didn't get a receipt so I didn't know if we were done or not and I didn't want to walk away without my receipt. So, I asked if I needed to do anything else and she asked if I wanted anything else. I said no and she just said, ok. I asked if I could get my receipt so I could sit down and have my friend come get my f

This location is on central time unlike everything else around It that honors the eastern time zone. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 5:25 I was told they didn’t open for five minutes. Not a big deal so I waited. At 5:30, I was then told it would be 15 minutes before any food could be served as they had all gotten there late this morning. Just do what you say you’re going to do. I don’t understand why it is so hard.

We eat here maybe once every other week. The food is usually good but the service is average. We keep coming back, though. This last trip the food was still good but the quantity was horrible. We got a salad and it was as good as usual but the 4 piece chicken finger snack was very underwhelming. There were 4 very small fingers and 12 or 13 fries. For around $8, this was not worth it. This was taken out and I should have looked in the bag before we left the restaurant.

Best Jack's in the area. Fast and friendly service. Staff is professional and caring and always eager to provide a refill when needed. Food is hot and always prepared as ordered. Great dining experience.

Went in for breakfast 2/25/26 ordered my breakfast with a large coffee they were making more and told me they would bring it out to me. I finished my meal,still no coffee went to counter and could not get anyone to help me so I'm done here.
